I am inclined to a re-release. IMDB shows the identical layout for the US 1-sheet but it is 4-color. It is quite possible that "first time on the screen" is referring not to this specific release of the film but to the storyline itself. Basically, that this was the first Jason and the Argonauts movie. Hope more knowedgeable about this title join in!
