[mou-net] Northern Harrier Washington County

Spotted a Northern Harrier Hawk flying across Manning Ave. immediately
south of Washington CR 4 Saturday afternoon, 4/5.  A number of Buffleheads
were in the ponds in the ponds along Manning going south from there.

For easy eagle-watching, there's a nest that's been occupied for about 4-5 yrs 
in Richfield near the top of a HUGE spruce tree a backyard best seen from 
cul-de-sac at 69th and Humbolt.  Overlooks 35W and Wood Lake.  Ask any
