I saw male and female Dickcissels at Pilot Knob Hill natural area in Mendota Heights yesterday. This site is open to the public - it's at the corner of Pilot Knob Hill Rd and Acacia Blvd. The ones I saw were easily seen from the main trail, 50 yds in from the parking lot trailhead. This is the first time I've seen Dickcissels at this site.
