At about 1:30pm today (9/9/06), I saw a Winter Wren near the north end of the road that splits Lake Vadnais in Ramsey County.
Also this afternoon, a few Caspian Terns were standing on the mudflat located near the southwest corner of Lake Vadnais. Tom Nelson Ramsey County
