[mou-net] Black Scoters Lake Waconia

The three black scoters were still present on Lake Waconia this evening at
5pm.

They were visible from Lake Waconia Regional Park at long-range scoping
distance.

[mou-net] Black Scoters-Lake Waconia

As of 10:00am there is a trio of Black Scoters on Lake Waconia, Carver county. 
They are viewable from Lake Waconia Regional Park on the southeast side of the 
lake. The birds were to the northwest from the park and were quite distant but 
readily identifiable. Scope is mandatory.
