Late this afternoon I observed a cooperative male Black-throated Blue Warbler east of the Springview picnic/group camp area at Carver Park Reserve - specifically at the inverted-T intersection of the horse trails east of the parking area. It was very quiet otherwise, the only other noteworthy bird was a Yellow-billed Cuckoo just off the Springview parking lot.
