After brief after-work stops at Lake Calhoun (hundreds of gulls spread out
over the lake) and Harriet (over 2000), I made a stop at Grass Lake to find
the adult Lesser Black-backed Gull on the remaining ice in the SW Corner
with around 80 other gulls. This may be a good starting place tomorrow for
anyone still interested in seeing this bird.
There should be good viewing on Girard Ave. S near its intersection with
Dupont.
