While canoe camping in Upper Michigan, I am sure I heard a Rose-Breasted Grosbeak singing its Robin-like song only to be surprised when it concluded with two Cardinal-like trills. This occurred a couple times so I am sure I am not mistaken. This prompts a question, "Have others heard Rose-Breasted Grosbeaks with this variation in its song or mimicking other bird species' calls?" Keith Carlson keithec...@usfamily.net
