[mou-net] Westwood Hills Birdwalk
I will be leading a Birdwalk at Westwood hills nature center this Thursday. Come join Roy Zimmerman Bill Brown and me as we look for fall migrants! Also Barred and great Horned owls have been spotted with the usual suspects! Bring binoculars Scopes and other birding items! Hope to see lots of familiar and new faces! Any level of birder will be welcome! Coffee and rolls will be provided after when we finish! Good birding! Vic Lewis Ps. We will have another bird walk at Westwood Hills Nature Center Tuesday May 14th around 8am! The Nature center is located in St Louis Park on West Franklin and Texas! SORRY FOR THE BAD POST. the birdwalk will be at westwood hills nature center in st louis park.at 830 am. SEVEN EXCELLANTbirders joinsd me for a morning bird walk yesterday at westwood hill. 46 species were seen including 7 warblers, thanks for participating. we will do a repeat performance next thursday. lets try to be ther so we can start the walk at 830 sharp and done by 11 or so. good birding VIC LEWIS PS lets hope more fall migrant warblers are in next week. they seem to be just north of the metro !!!
