[mou-net] Winter Seasonal Reports

2019-03-01 Thread Paul Budde
This may be difficult to believe, but the winter season (12/1 - 2/28) has
ended. If you will be submitting a seasonal report of bird observations for
inclusion in the winter summary to be published in The Loon, please do so
now. We encourage submissions using the MOU website (http://moumn.org/ ).
Look under "Seasonal Report" at the top of the web page.

Please provide data by March 15th so the various review processes can begin.

Thanks for your observations and the details you provide!

Paul

Paul,

Just a quick question. I was glancing through The Loon that arrived this
morning, looking at last winter's seasonal report. I noted this statement under
the Sharp-shinned Hawk section...North reports with details include.
Numerous other January and February north reports without details from

For future reference, and before all of my data from this winter is downloaded
from eBird, is this something you want 'documentation' on, i.e. notes or photos
in the Details field on my eBird reports? I rarely document SSHA's because they
are so common in my yard every winter; I've had 2 or 3 different ones this
winter. I have written a note on the COHA I had earlier this winter as that is
a fairly uncommon sighting here in Polk in the winter. I, for some unknown
reason, am addicted to taking photos of my SSHA's quite regularly and I can
easily go back and add photos to some of my eBird lists if that is something
that is preferred or needed. Just let me know!

Thanks,
