The information given on various internet news outlets at the time it happened said it was a 50/50 split. However; that said anything could have happened after the original sale. Hopefully, and many webmasters wish for this, if iPlanet did produce the NS 4.7 releases, than iPlanets transfer to Sun may indeed mean the end of the line for NS 4.7.
