What's this about "allowing boarding or rooming houses in Minneapolis again?"
When I was a student at the U of MN, my fraternity and most of the others often took in boarders for rooms that were not filled by members. Usually these were other University students, but not always. Is there some ordinance against this or is it one of those NIMBY things that neighborhoods flip out over?
