I'm not sure if the list software is capable of these features to deal
with fake posters.

- All new members, after email confirmation, should be flagged 
  so their posts are moderated for a determined amount of time.

- You could also turn the list into a post-confirm-post where 
  a user would post, a confirmation gets sent to them regarding
  the fact that they posted and need to confirm that post. If
  they confirm their posts, let that post through.
