I had the same problem when uninstalling CSD04. I used a tool to determine the process
that was using DLLs from MQSERIES
(process explorer for windows), you can download this for free --
http://www.sysinternals.com/, it's easy to install and
use, you get an overview of files in use and the directories.

A customer of mine is really having a problem installing fp4 on WMQ 5.3 on
Windows 2000 server.
They are getting AMQ4757 errors stating that there is still something about
WMQ running. They have tried all the usual things, stopping MQ, killling
all the processes and even setting WMQ service as manual start and reboot
the machine. No luck.
Any ideas? Thanks
