Re: Is OS/400 supported for Clustering?
thats not fully correct: the new name for the AS/400 is iSeries and the operating system running on is called OS/400 and the V5 releases of MQSeries (or Websphere MQ ;-) for OS/400 support clustering (http://www-3.ibm.com/software/ts/mqseries/library/manualsa/csqzah/csqzah.htm) Joerg IBM AIM Technical Sales Central "Potkay, Peter M (PLC, IT)" To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: Is OS/400 supported for Clustering? Re: Is OS/400 supported for Clustering?
Looking at the properties for the AS/400 Queue Manager in MQExplorer, it allows me to set the queue manager as a member of a cluster. I therefore assume that this is possible. We do not currently cluster any of our AS/400 Queue Managers, but it appears possible. Re: Is OS/400 supported for Clustering?
Peter, The name for the OS/400 is the WebSphere MQ for iSeries as indicated on the manual. IBM likes to change name from time to time.
