Did you use the image that was on the homepage? maybe that is the problem, maybe the image is damaged? But the Netherlands and Belgium have the same kind of telecom infrastructure and also for a large part exactly the same ISP's (for example uunet and worldonline are active in both countries) so that does not make a big difference for the test.
