For an instant $ displays number of messages and number of messages deleted, but too quickly to read ! A few, maybe more than a few contributors to a list and a few maybe more than a few subscribers reading contributors' writings would allow contributors the greatest possible freedom for posting style https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Posting_style#Placement_of_replies Editing/moderating might look for a mechanism, software to automatically format a particular style, For example http://reddit.com
