how best to forward attachments

Generally, I want to forward all attachments along with any message I am
forwarding. What's the best way to configure mutt to achieve this?

Also, I have this setting for messages without attachments: 

message-hook . set mime_forward=no
message-hook ~h multipart set mime_forward=ask-yes

Then normal messages are forwarded inline.
