because recently we released the version #2 which require a paid upgrade. 
To recover the purchased version please open 'Purchased apps' section on

if notes are saved after these actions:

*Outlook

Alex, 
MLO doesn't work with Gmail accounts directly, please remove all SMTP 
settings and save changes to resolve freezing issue.
In order to use gmail account you have to install additional software.

[MLO] Re: WiFi Sync frustrates ...

Sometimes Windows Firewall blocks some of MLO features, such as WiFi
synchronization.
To check if this is true and unblock it please follow the steps
below:
1.  Go to Windows Firewall -> Inbound Rules
2.  Have a look at the list – if there are any MLO files present
3.  If yes – please select those files and delete
4.  Start your MLO application again
5.  The Windows Security Alert pop-up appears: Windows Firewall has
blocked some features of this program
Name: mlo
Allow mlo to communicate on these network:Domain networks, such as my
home or work network
6.  Select Allow Access button.

Hello,

I am sending to your email address the MLO desktop  closed beta
version.

Can you please:
1. Install and run the MLO for Windows version sent
2. Open your data file
3. Select File->Synchronization…
4. Click New…
5. Enter the Sync profile name (for example “Bob’s Cloud Sync”)
6. Click “MLO Cloud Sync Login…” and enter your MLO Cloud
credentials.
Click OK.
7. Click “Browse…” and select file on the Cloud you want to sync with
(for example “Default”) Create new Cloud file if needed and select
it.
8. Click OK to save your Sync Profile
9. Click Close to close Synchronization dialog
10. Click  F9 (Tools->Synchronize) to sync your data to MLO Cloud
 and try sync again.

If any errors occur - please send to supp...@mylifeorganized.net:
1) sync logs;
2) steps to reproduce the issue

please un-pair and pair again the WiFi connection in MLO application.
The one of the reasons why you see the error 'MLO Cannot find paired
file on PC. Please open paired MLO data file on PC  ' is different
IP address.
Another one possible reason - several files opened in several MLO
windows.

So make sure you have only 1 file opened and try to un-pair and pair
again.

When you do File->Print actions in your MLO Desktop, the application
tryis to access the directory located at

C:\Program Files\MyLifeOrganized.net\MLO\Reports\MLOPrint.htm

where the access is forbidden.

To solve this issue please change the output file pass from

C:\Program Files\MyLifeOrganized.net\MLO\Reports\MLOPrint.htm

to
\MyLifeOrganized\MLOPrint.htm

Please let me know if the issue is solved.

In 3.6.1 the incremental search was not ported due to technical
reasons.
But this type of search is expected to be back again as soon as
possible.
