[MLO] Switch Cloud files

2018-03-29 Thread Arnor Baldvinsson
Hi,

I have MLO on my phone and on my computer. I have 3 cloud files and I had
one synced on my phone. Went to sync another and it insisted on merging.
I thought it meant merging the SAME data, but it went ahead and merged the
two FILES, causing both to be messed up. All I needed was to switch from
using file X on my phone to using file Y on my phone. How can I do that?

Best regards,

Sorry for the confusion and late reply.

The problem is that no matter if "Use relative Path" is checked or
unchecked when I create the link or when I open it, MLO always prefixes the
path that it tries to open with the database path. Example: If I select a
file to C:\Temp\2016-07-19_10-28-53.png, MLO creates a link like
"file:C:\Temp\2016-07-19_10-28-53.png" But if I click on it, it shows an
error "Could not execute "T:\Shared
Documents\MyLifeOrganized\C:\Temp\2016-07-19_10-28-53.png" which of course
it can't because it doesn't exist and is invalid. This was with "Use
relative path" unchecked both when the link was created and when it was
executed. See: http://screencast.com/t/DKtvCVco1N for an example of the
error.

It works fine with web links (i.e. http: etc.) but file links do not. I
use screenshots and PDF files a lot and it would be great if MLO would open
the links correctly.

Best regards,

[MLO] Relative paths

2016-09-12 Thread Arnor Baldvinsson
Hi guys,

I evaluating 4.4.1.

The "relative paths" when adding file links to the notes does not work. No
matter what the "Use Relative path" is set to when the link is created OR
from the context menu, it always tries to open the file in a folder
relative to folder where the MLO database is. Like; T:\Shared
Documents\MyLifeOrganized\T:\ThePathToMyFile\myfile.pdf

Any ideas?

Best regards,
