[MLO] Wifi sync on Android does not work!

[MLO] Android V2.0 Cannot sync with my desktop
While the windows MLO is asking for pairing code, the pairing code is not displayed on the device. I am using Samsung Galaxy Note4. Android 5.0 BTW, although I do like MLO, charging me for both Windows app and Anroid app is still too much Can't I just buy one Pro license and use it on both my desktop and mobile device? [MLO] Wifi sync on Anroid V2.0 app does not work!
The tutorial is outdated, and there's no pairing button to click, so occasionally I do get a dialog on PC prompt out asking for pin. However there's never a pin displayed on the device.
