Thanks Alexandra that worked for me. I uninstalled MLO but kept the settings and installed it in its own folder and worked a treat. It even found my existing file as soon as it started. Hello When you do File-Print actions in your MLO Desktop, the application tryis to access the directory located at C:\Program Files\MyLifeOrganized.net\MLO\Reports\MLOPrint.htm where the access is forbidden.
