Alexis, You might be able to use the Advanced filter settings to achieve what you want. Try creating a new view, and setting an advanced filter for "Contexts" "does not contain" "Day". Using that view in the evening, you can use the manual context filters to select only "Calls". I didn't test this thoroughly, but I think it should work this way. I´m sorry i have to say that regarding to this showing closed context tasks i just found another bug. The problem occurs if you use Start Date presets. What´s going on here? I use MLO for a week and find one bug after another. And nobody is appreciating my "Incremental Search Tip" ;-( Dwight, do you know of other MLO Forums? There’s a Russian-language forum at http://www.mylifeorganized.net/forum-ru/ and there’s a beta forum restricted to beta testers. There are also numerous forums devoted to task management tool comparison, various methodologies such as GTD, and other topics that end up with a section or a thread about MLO. Oh great, there is a seperate iphone forum! I´m currently testing the iOS Apps. I did not know that. Wait a minute. There Andrei says the main forum should be used for iOS and the last entry is from march 2013. Ok. BTW. I don´t wanna say that this is not a great forum. Especially you are very kind and helpful. I just thought as this forum is not so busy compared to the relatively common product MLO there are maybe other forums. Did you manage to reproduce the problem i mentioned. It´s just 2 clicks. I sent you screen shots showing it working correctly and suggested using task status to diagnose what's going wrong for you. If you didn't get that let me know and I will pm you a copy. I did confirm the bug you reported about ctrl/v (and ctrl/c) malfunctioning while a helper window is open. While this is truly a bug and I'd like to be help you get it resolved I'm not going to take the lead on this one as it has no effect on me. I use ctrl-ins and shift-ins for copy and paste and they are unaffected. If your two-click problem is something other than these two, please remind me. Did you ever wrote a mail to support...Do they usally answer or confirm stuff? I often write to the support email. I have a fairly good record of getting response but it's not 100%. Thanks a lot for confirming, Andrei. As a MLO Newbi i need to be sure before i write a mail to support with the current bugs. I wonder a bit why i find 2 Bugs while trying out this software in 10 days which where new to this forum. I hope things does not continue like this. Somehow i begin to like this tool anyway. ;-) Is there somewhre a list/thread of currently known issues of 4.3.1 so i don´t have to mention problems which are already obvious. I guess you can achieve great organization results due to the speed with which you study this software. The power of MLO is that it is very very flexible. If you plan to create your own system based on GTD then you may discover that MLO is one of the best (IMO is the best) task management system. Of course, during the development of this software, some bugs may occur. I think it's normal for any software. And thank you a lot for posting your observations to this forum. I just applied to the beta team. Just found a third bug where only the last subtask stays in the folder. The other ones disappear. MLO has potential and i need the iOS Sync options.
