There is no web version. MLO is currently supported on Windows, Android and 
iOS.

That's a fact!

But on my job I cannot install apps, so I will be waiting for the web 
version in order to adopt MLO.

For that I just use the standalone version. Plug in USB and run it, simple
on systems at work school and library. Friend's house..

In fact if they built a web app it would probably be missing some standard
features and I wouldn't want that
