Please check what 'Task synchronization action' is selected under
File-Outlook Synchronization. If you want your data is updated in both
sides - it should be set MLO-Outlook (Synchronize tasks)

I am using Outlook 2007 and MLO. I have started syncing to Outlook. When
completing a task in MLO that originated in Outlook, the MLO task will show
as complete, but the same task in Outlook does not show as complete.
Not sure if I am missing something obvious or not. I didn't do anything
special other than just say sync. The tasks came in from Outlook to MLO.
Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
