I am running MySQL (version 3.23.46a)on a Windows 2000 server. The server has suddenly stopped serving out requests. It appears that localhost is refusing connections, even though the passwords appear to be correct.
I am pretty new to MySQL so any suggestions of where to look are appreciated.
