Hi, I have a question I hope you can help me with. I try to develop a database in Borlands Delphi or with C++ and Visual Studio 6 (Windows 2000). Probably I choose Delphi. Now I want to use MySQL as a platform for my program. According to http://www.mysql.com/doc/en/libmysqld_overview.html I can run a standalone server in my program. Now I wonder how this works in practise?
