I am trying to connect to MySQL without using a DSN entry, this is my
connection string

DRIVER={MySQL ODBC 3.51
Driver};SRVR=159.113.44.49;DB=csapps;UID=user;PWD=password

The error I get is

MySQL Goofup

2003-03-13 Thread Tamayo, Nelson
This is going to sound silly, but I accidently removed the privelages of my
user that could add users..etc.. I use the Control Center, since I am not
all that great with advanced SQL syntax... now I can't even use the CC to
add users, or anything.. what can I do? What is the username/password that
goes in the my.ini file? Can I use that to add a user with the proper
privalges to administer the database?
