Start up problem
Hello, I upgrade my server from Mandrake 8.2 to Mandrake 9.0 and i have a little problem with MySql 3.23 (Ver 3.23.52 for pc-linux-gnu on i686): When i try to start MySQL with this command with root user : # safe_mysqld --user=mysql I obtains the following response: # Starting mysqld daemon with databases from /var/lib/mysql # 021205 17:40:17 mysqld ended Then when i try to run under mysql user # safe_mysqld Its OK I have make many reinstall and i have always the same problem. Any idea ?
