Hello

I'm getting this error when trying to issue a "grant" command:

Can't find any matching row in the user table

What does this mean?  Thist just started popping up the other day.  The
command I'm executing is:

grant all on dn1024.* to 'dn1024' identified by 'hispassword';

Any help is appreciated.
