Yes, the logs too--unless you're absolutely sure you got a clean
shutdown with nothing needed in the logs.  But to be safe, just back
'em up too.

Does anyone have a list of the files that need to be backed up for a
cold backup of an innodb database:
 
Obviously all the MyISAM files and the innodb database files.   But what
