  I need to create a new login for a already created
 database. I have tryed to from the command prompt of
 my windows 2000 adv server box.

c:\mysql\binCreate User mark

 c:\mysql\bin

this is the directory


 Create User mark

There is no executable named Create.

You have to start mysql first, then issue your commands within
that program.
