General query log option in my.cnf?
Is there a way of turning on the general query log in the my.cnf file or do I have to edit the init-script? Personally, I would very much like to have only one place to set all the configuration options (preferrably my.cnf). Setting datadir and other options both in the my.cnf file and the init-script seems to me like a great way of obfuscating the system setup. -- - håkon - Before posting, please check: http://www.mysql.com/manual.php (the manual) http://lists.mysql.com/ (the list archive) To request this thread, e-mail <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, e-mail <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Trouble unsubscribing?
