If you're using gnorpm, you'll find ncurses will come under a library.  It's
to do with C anyway, so you should be able to find it there somewhere.

 whatever directory they are stored in and run something like:

   ls *curses*
   ls *termcap*

 You'll find them pretty quickly, no?

You need to install the curses library on your RedHat system. Surely
