If you can catch hold of a windows box then there is
tool called SQLyog that has a great migration tool.

I was able to import a clients MDB database with all
the FKs directly from Access to MySQL. You dont need
to go thru Access - Script - MySQL.

You can download it from http://www.webyog.com

Perhaps you could try MySQL Migration Toolkit
http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/migration-toolkit/1.0.html
 still beta though...
NB!
ATTENTION: Before installing the MySQL Migration Toolkit please download
and install the Java 5.0 or 1.4.2 Runtime Environment (JRE) from
http://java.sun.com

NOTICE: If you want to use the MySQL Migration Toolkit with Oracle
please make sure to attach the Oracle JDBC driver (ojdbc14.jar) by
selecting the main menu item [Tools] [Attach JDBC Driver]. A typical
location of that file on Windows would be 'C:\Oracle\ora92\jdbc\lib'.

There used to be a program called AccessDump that will dump access tables
into .sql files. Their website seems to be unresponsive at the moment,
though.

Here's a link:
www.AccessDump.com

They are from the south, so it's possible that the site was affected by the
hurricane.
