Error 127 means that record file is crashed. Repair table with
myisamchk or REPAIR TABLE:

ok i found the troubled table

DROP TABLE IF EXISTS `activity`;
CREATE TABLE `activity` (
  `int_activity_id` int(11) NOT NULL auto_increment,

  `int_user_id` int(11) NOT NULL default '0',
  `ts_time` int(50) NOT NULL default '0',
  `vch_page_viewed` varchar(255) NOT NULL default '',
  PRIMARY KEY  (`int_activity_id`),
  UNIQUE KEY `int_activity_id` (`int_activity_id`),
  KEY `vch_uniqid` (`vch_uniqid`)
) TYPE=MyISAM;

wot could be the prob ?
