Hi Arjun, Check out the MySQL Migration Toolkit and some other tools available at http://www.mysql.com/products/tools/migration-toolkit/ and http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/gui-tools/5.0.html. Do a test migration and some testing on the migrated dataset, and you can then probably set up a plan for the transition.
