[mythtv-users] MythWeb - Highlighting what encoder 2 is up to
Have I set it up wrong or does MythWeb only highlight programs that are recording/scheduled etc. for encoder 1? I recently added a second capture card (which is working great) but I notice that when I schedule something that uses the second card no highlighting is done on the program_listing page. I have to check the scheduled recordings page to make sure it's scheduled. RE: [mythtv-users] PVR-150MCE in Australia?
I've got a PVR-150MCE (mostly) going in New Zealand: Relevant module config options (note it is my second card - change the -81-1 to -81-0 if the 150 is your first/only card): alias char-major-81 videodev alias char-major-81-1 ivtv options cx25840 i2c_enable=1 audiofmt=1 no_black_magic=1 #options saa7127 i2c_enable=-1 options msp3400 once=1 simple=1 options wm8775 mixer=2 options tda9887 pal=B options ivtv ivtv_std=2 tda9887=1 tuner=58 ivtv_debug=0 In a startup script I am also running ivtvctl -d /dev/video1 -u 1 -f width=720,height=576 -p 2 Input 2 (-p 2) is Composite in on the PVR-150MCE I have. Hopefully it's the same for you. Ivtvctl will be able to tell you, though. I haven't had any luck with the tuner, though. I can see static, hear static (the audio was no mean feat), but never a signal, regardless of what frequency (including those tested working on a bttv card using xawtv in the same machine. Let me know if you have more luck with the tuner than I did. (Change the above script to -p 6 for the tuner input). Anyone had any success setting up a PVR-150MCE with Myth in Australia? I'm having trouble getting my modprobe.conf set up properly for capturing. I'm getting static with color bars on the lower third of the screen, but no signal from my Telstra direct decoder box. Thanks! RE: [mythtv-users] Wireless Keyboards
I use and recommend the BTC 9019URF. It's got an inbuilt joystick which serves as either a mouse or a joystick (great for xmame stuff too) plus handles for walloping errant children/animals. :-) http://www.btc.com.tw/english/news_15.htm -Original Message- From: stephen [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Saturday, 21 May 2005 11:00 a.m. To: Discussion about mythtv Subject: Re: [mythtv-users] Wireless Keyboards Hydrian wrote: Hey all, I am currently putting together a HTPC. I've been eyeing it for a while ... kinda pricey though. ___ mythtv-users mailing list mythtv-users@mythtv.org http://mythtv.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mythtv-users
RE: [mythtv-users] [ Matrox G400 TV-Out ] RGB Cable
Have a look at http://mysettopbox.tv/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=2646 I have a couple of G400s - one of which I have been meaning to put into my Myth box. Unfortunately now the good woman has her hands on it I'm not allowed to touch it lest I break it! So I can't say it works for me, but it's a pretty comprehensive guide. -Original Message- From: Bernd Müller [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, 2 March 2005 5:48 a.m. To: mythtv-users@mythtv.org Subject: [mythtv-users] [ Matrox G400 TV-Out ] RGB Cable Hello; I've read much about the Matrox G400 (Max) an it's exquisite tv-out in this mailing-list. And some time ago i got such a card. But i'm not able until yet to get the tv-out work in a satisfactory way. I've tried all the specified ways how to connect the card (first and second head) via composite, svhs or the selfmade RGB cable (the simple one for tthe second head). At last i've gave up to configure X with directfb as it's seems to be very complicated. But now i've read in this list about an other RGB Cable with a little circuit inside: http://www.sput.nl/hardware/tv-x.html Is it possible to run the G400 with this RGB Cable at the first head? Does the G400 provide the nearby optimal pixelclock of 14.16 or maybe the optimal clock of 14.76? Is it possible to use the mentioned Modline 736x575i 14.16 736 760 824 904 575 580 585 625 interlace -hsync -vsync Which X-driver i've to use? The one from matrox or the GPL one. Will this solution provide hardware acceleration (because of using first head of G400) and an optimal tv-out?
