Re: [mythtv-users] mpeg2 playback 2 fast ??
Heaps Thanks David! Accidently deleted you post, so im repying on this! Works like a charm! Just to correct my self: It is not the playback that is to fast, but rather the recording. Cheers Jesper Joakim Kolsjö wrote: This helped me too :), thanks. Now i can record and play video at 4400 kbit and full sound quaility without any problems on my P3-500. I guess even higher settings would work. I have a 250, and when i watch live tv or playback recordings the playback is to fast??? I assume it can't be the recording, as the encoding is done in hardware. Any sugestions? Something like that (faster video and audio, then a pause, then another sequence of too-fast) was caused by some bad interaction between newer ivtv drivers and myth for me. The solution to that was to set the recording profiles resolution for the MPEG-2 cards to the actual resolution on tv standard (720x576 for PAL, I think), rather than what my myth was set to (480x480). Not sure what caused it, as the old myth settings worked fine with older ivtv drivers... /David ___ mythtv-users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mythtv.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mythtv-users ___ mythtv-users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mythtv.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mythtv-users -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
