[mythtv-users] No data for Wed and Thursday?
I'm not seeing any data for 4/20 and 4/21. Seems to have occured recently as I have programs scheduled for recording on both days. Re-ran mythfilldatabase, didn't help.(I'm in Florida, using datadirect) Zap2it.com looks fine. 4/22 has data. Anyone else seeing this? [mythtv-users] Xbox NFS root
Has anyone used the current scripts on bit.blkbk.com to upgrade their Xbox frontend using the NFS root option? The 4.4 script stops with a libc6 error during the install.pl -c phase. I may have seen and gotten around this error before, apparently a human memory issue. Anyone else seen this? The 4.5-beta appears to have issues. It does a wget for a file called initrd.$version(initrd.0.4.5-beta) which doesn't exist. I got around it by hardcoding to the initrd.0.4.4 that does exist, but then it locked up(twice) during the apt-get update. Anyone doing NFS root with the other distros available for the Xbox? Anyone have any luck compiling .17 on a RH9 machine? [mythtv-users] Simultaneous recordings?
I recently added a 2nd PVR-250 to my backend. Live TV works great, can switch between tuners from the frontend,no problemo. Last night I had 24 and Las Vegas set to record. At 9:00 both tuners showed to be recording, but only 24 showed up in the recorded programs. Any ideas? My 2nd tuner is connected directly to coax, no box. I went to zap2it and added a 2nd lineup for the non-digital source, then tied the 2nd tuner to that linueup. [mythtv-users] OT: firewire ports on HDTV's?
I'm in the process of looking around for a new TV to replace my aging 48inch Sony. I've run across the Mitsubishi WS-55615. The price is right and this model appears to have all the latest/greatest inputs, including 3 firewire inputs. Anybody know what people are using those for?
