Don't know, but you could have a look at nuxexport which can produce
various different formats. It may not produce .mov files but I think
it could produce formats that can be played by the QuickTime player
(if that's what you want).

Hey, I've finally got my mythTV setup running, and it is a very cool  
thing.  However, I am wondering how I can convert the Nuppel Video  
recordings to something QuickTime compatible, preferably H.264.  Is  
this possible?  Can I get it to do this by default?
