Just upgraded to SVN 7589 .. seems to fix the problem.

Nobody experiencing the same problem?

I noticed that a similar problem occurs when I pause a recording and
seek backwards/forwards. The paused image looks something like the
example I posted before (with lots of blocky artifacts). When I
unpause / resume playback, the image becomes fine again.
