I personally dislike using a browser on my Myth box for anything. I do have a wireless keyboard/mouses setup, but I prefer not to keep it out. Also, web pages are not designed for viewing on a TV screen, and bumping up the font sizes is really just an ugly kludge. For something like this ever to get significant acceptance & usage, I'd think it would have to be a 'traditional' Myth set-top interface. I know I'd find it useful. RE: [mythtv-users] movie trailer plugin!
There is a Meedio/MyHTPC plugin that does this. I would enjoy seeing an easy plugin structure for Myth, it could make a big difference. -Original Message- From: Jeff Simpson [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Saturday, March 05, 2005 8:52 AM To: Discussion about mythtv Subject: [mythtv-users] movie trailer plugin! What if there were a way from within myth to look through the program guide, and on the information screen, download and watch the trailer from it if there is one found? I'm sure it wouldn't make Apple happy. How about this trailer page : http://davestrailerpage.co.uk/ problem is perhaps getting a listing from there.
