I had a problem similar to this while using gentoo. What I did was uninstalled both cards then uninstalled anything related to ivtv, and ivtv itself. Then I placed both cards back in and reinstalled the removed software/drivers... And it magically grabbed all three tuners for me. Instead on only one or the other working. I have been using WinTv pvr 250 for several months with no problems. I have recently added a second tuner card, pvr 500. I have spent days trying to get these to work together.
