I have not even established the zap2it account!  I give the 
username/password and then complete the survey and hit the submit 
button.  It then tells me to complete the survey I just did.  When I

the "Installing and Using MythTV" pg 26 and TGYM-ZKOC-BUTV which is 
in the KnoppMythInstall page in the KnoppMythInstall Wiki.  The user 
interface on the labs.zap2it.com site would force me to create a new 
user every time

If you are using Firefox with performance enhancing settings turned 
on (such as pipelining), or a performance enhancing extension like 
FasterFox, try turning them off and trying again.

Zap2it seems to be having problems the past couple of days. I'd either
keep trying, or wait a day or so and try again.

Sorry, it is obvious to me!  About a week and half ago I started
on the
MythTV trek and read all the documentation that said you need to get
your zap2it account with the MythTV code.  several attempts later
I give up!

You went to labs.zap2it.com  and created an 
account.  Once there and logged in, can you choose your channel 
lineup?  Then in mythsetup you enter the same name and password, save, 
then run mythfilldatabase from a shell prompt?


Where in this process does it not work for you?

MythTV trek and read all the documentation that said you need to get

MythTV.  I have unsuccessfully set up my account after at least 6 
attempts.  Any ideas?
