Utilities/Setup --> Appearance --> For my 27" I use horizontal 632 vertical 440 X offset 22 Y offset 41 I needed to run the frontend in the GUI to get everything to fit. You may not need to do so. Then exit. Then tweak the numbers as needed. My offsets do not seem to work.
