The French stuff is annoying, but I have gone through and cleaned it up and submitted the changes to the dev team, not sure why it isn't in the release. I typically browse their forums using google translate to figure out what they are saying since I don't know any French. I'm using Centreon. I used NagiosQL before, but centreon is much better, since it supports graphs and so on.
