[Nagios-users] NSCA - XINETD

2006-08-14 Thread Mike Koponick
Title: NSCA - XINETD

I have noticed an unusual occurrence using NSCA while in XINETD mode. I noticed that connections will get refused on occasion. I have not noticed this when running NSCA under DAEMON mode. Im running NSCA 2.4.

Has anyone else seen this?

Thanks in advance,

Mike

I would check the xinetd.conf. Maybe your config is throttling the

Read up on the 'cps' parameter for xinetd. There is a default
that you might be running afoul of.
