I saw a glitch on the way to 703 (via 701); NY seems to be ok.
Downtime 15 minutes.

http://www.internetpulse.net/ shows problems with Qwest and with
Verizon/MCI.  I can confirm MCI problems, but have no details other than
yes something is seriously broken.  Possible backbone fibre cut?

Nevermind, 2914 and 701 were fine.  It was qworst causing fun churn.

Thanks to 2914 for emailing me in like 5 seconds after this though to 
see if I needed anything... :-)

Hi,

I believe I can offer some insight into this outage.  I have gotten a report
which is affecting another network:

Level3 fiber cut between Seattle and Olympia

Olympia is a city south of Seattle about 50 miles or so, for those who don't
know the area.  I imagine, based on your reports, that Qwest is also being
affected by the fiber cut.
