i am confused here, which is not at all unusual. did the chinese get

You mean why didn't they just ask for it instead of going through all
this trouble?

 Hello All,

Does anyone know of a service that you can sign up for to add as a secondary
MX to act as a mail queue if your primary MX isn't available? I'm going to
be doing a mail migration and I need a service to point my MX record to that
isn't my mail provider. I'll spare the details as to why it needs to be
 different provider.

dyndns does this:

Me three. We all use OmniGraffle. And Adobe Illustrator to create new
 objects.

I use Omnigraffle all the time. Check out graffletopia for new
stencils:

(It's also available in the integrated search box in Omnigraffle.)

Also of note - OmniGraffle can import OmniOutliner files (among some
other things) and make a diagram out of the tree.

Been that way for a while this morning.

This is rather suspicious (and confirmed by three other people):

$ whois amazon.com

Whois Server Version 2.0

Domain names in the .com and .net domains can now be registered
with many different competing registrars. Go to
http://www.internic.net
for detailed information.

AMAZON.COM.Z.GET.LAID.AT.WWW.SWINGINGCOMMUNITY.COM
AMAZON.COM.MORE.INFO.AT.WWW.BEYONDWHOIS.COM
AMAZON.COM.IS.N0T.AS.1337.AS.WWW.GULLI.COM
AMAZON.COM

whois for yahoo.com and google.com yield similar results.

I expect this means that DNS has been compromised somewhere.

Nevermind - I've been informed that this is just overly aggressive
string matching.

No, you should just learn to read WHOIS output :)

Indeed.

Still, I feel better having asked and having it be nothing than the
other way around.
